Michael Landau ist wohl einer der meist respektiertesten Session-Gitarristen aller Zeiten. Auf seinem neuen Solo-Album “Organic Instrumentals” beweist er sein einzigartiges musikalisches Gespür. Landau spielte vor tausenden von Fans mit dem ‘Who is Who’ der Szene. 2010 veröffentlichte er gemeinsam mit Robben Ford, Jimmy Haslin und Gary Novak das All Star-Projekt Renegade Creation. Er spielte in der Vergangenheit für Miles Davis, Seal, Pink Floyd, Chaka Khan, Maria Carey, Quincy Jones, Joni Mitchell, Diana Ross, Rod Stewart, James Taylor, The Jefferson Airplane und viele andere.

Für “Organic Instrumentals” versammelte Landau eine Riege von Top-Musikern um sich. Am Schlagzeug saßen Gary Novak (Chick Corea, Alanis Morrisette, Allan Holdsworth), Charley Drayton (The Cult, Iggy Pop, Courtney Love) and Vinnie Colaiuta (Zappa, Sting, Jeff Beck), am Bass Chris Chaney (Jane’s Addiction, Slash, Shinedown) und Andy Hess (Govt. Mule, Black Crowes, John Scofield) und Keyboard-Legende Larry Goldings.
